Senior Associate - M&A Deal Advisory & Strategy Analytics

Role Overview: The Senior Associate in Advisory leads and manages business analytics and performance transformation projects, focusing on buy-side and sell-side engagements.

Key Responsibilities: Develop client relationships, analyze data for transaction valuation, identify factors impacting enterprise value, and communicate findings effectively using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Owns or contributes to client deliverables from needs assessment to final reports.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires at least three years of experience in strategy consulting, financial analysis, M&A, advisory, or public accounting. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with a preference for a Master’s in a quantitative field. Demonstrates strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, scripting languages (Python, R, SQL), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Must possess excellent communication skills to convey technical insights to business stakeholders, including executives. Experience in project management and the ability to travel are also essential.
