Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Data Entry professional. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining project-related data in company databases and spreadsheets. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing source documents, verifying data accuracy, correcting errors, and organizing information for reporting and analysis. The Data Entry professional will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that records related to scaffolding projects, schedules, and safety documentation are complete and current. The role may also support basic data review tasks to help improve project tracking and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Data Management skills, including accurate data entry, data organization, and database or spreadsheet proficiency.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to review information for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and follow up on missing data.
Candidates should possess abilities in Data Analysis and Data Analytics for basic reporting, trend identification, and supporting operational decisions.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Data Modeling concepts or structure data logically to support future reporting and system improvements.
Additional qualifications include attention to detail, reliability, strong time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) and familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools is beneficial.
Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or construction-related administration is an advantage but not mandatory.
