Role Description The Data Analyst will support MIRA’s decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to construction projects, operations, and business performance. On a day-to-day basis, this role will prepare reports and dashboards, validate data accuracy, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform project planning and resource allocation. The Data Analyst will collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and leadership to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights. This is a part-time, remote role that requires independent work, effective communication, and consistent delivery of high-quality analytical outputs.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Statistics to perform quantitative analysis, modeling, and data validation with accuracy.
Candidates should possess solid Data Modeling skills to design and maintain data structures that support reporting and business intelligence.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), spreadsheets, or SQL is beneficial.
Background in construction, engineering, real estate, or a related industry is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
