• This role is generally not focused on:
• • IT Project Management • Software Development PMs • Pure Construction PMs without electrical infrastructure experience • Network Deployment PMs • Telecom PMs without power systems ownership • Facilities Operations Managers without major project delivery responsibility

IDEAL PROFILE

• • 8-15+ years of project management experience
• • 3-5+ years leading mission-critical electrical or power-related projects
• • Experience executing work inside operating facilities where downtime is not an option
• • Proven ability to influence technical teams, contractors, utilities, and executives without direct authority
