About the role:

The Scrum Master partners closely with Product Owners, Business Data Stewards, Analytics teams, IT, Data Platform teams, and business stakeholders to facilitate Agile practices, remove impediments, improve team performance, and ensure alignment of work to BPN strategic objectives within the Healthcare Industry.

What you will do at Sogeti:

  • Agile Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Facilitate delivery planning and execution across Data & Analytics initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor team velocity, sprint performance, and delivery predictability.
  • Program & PI Planning Support
  • Support PI Planning activities, backlog refinement, capacity planning, and dependency management.
  • Coordinate cross-team activities and Scrum of Scrums discussions.
  • Assist Product Owners in maintaining healthy, prioritized backlogs.
  • Track PI objectives, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure alignment between strategic business priorities and team delivery commitments.
  • Stakeholder & Business Engagement
  • Partner with business leaders, CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, Operations, Compliance, and IT teams.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Provide visibility into team progress, risks, and impediments.
  • Support leadership reporting and delivery dashboards.
  • Jira & Agile Tool Management
  • Maintain Agile work management processes within Jira.
  • Coach teams on Jira usage, workflows, and reporting.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency within Agile management tools.
  • Develop and maintain Agile metrics and reporting dashboards.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of Scrum Master, Project Management, or Agile delivery experience.
  • Experience supporting Data, Analytics, Reporting, AI, or Technology teams.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Jira and Agile reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
  • Healthcare or payer industry experience preferred.
  • Certifications Preferred
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
