Data Visualization Manager

Role: Manager in the Federal Advisory practice, leading data visualization projects and client discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in developing data-driven dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Qlik.
• Oversee, scope, and ensure quality control of visualization projects.
• Engage with senior clients to define reporting strategies and gather dashboard requirements.
• Prepare data through basic ETL and data processing techniques.
• Create documentation and guides for dashboard usage and maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements and develop strategic execution plans.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of five years’ experience in data visualization development, preferably with U.S. Federal government consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Expertise in developing dashboards with visualization software such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Qlik.
• Project management skills, including scope setting, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency with data analysis and ETL tools like SQL, Python, SAS, or R.
• Experience supervising technical staff, mentoring, and ensuring quality standards.
• Ability to travel as needed and possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
