About The Role

Anytime Fitness in Edmond, OK is looking for a detail-oriented Data-Entry Assistant to join our team remotely! Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain data across internal systems and databases
• Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Organize and update member records, spreadsheets, and reports
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner
• Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements or flag issues
• Support administrative tasks and data management projects as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven data entry or administrative experience preferred
• Strong typing speed and accuracy with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation: $31.35 - $34.60 per hour
