Data and Solution Architect

We are seeking a Data and Solution Architect responsible for designing, governing, and advancing enterprise data architecture to enable scalable and responsible AI solutions in the AI Hub. This role involves developing data platforms, models, standards, and semantic structures supporting AI/ML, Generative AI, and experimentation, while ensuring compliance with governance, security, and ethical standards.

• Design AI-ready data architectures: lead the creation of logical, physical, and semantic data models supporting AI use cases and advanced analytics.
• Establish data standards and governance: define and enforce data practices, semantic consistency, and collaborate with legal and compliance teams for responsible AI data usage.
• Enable AI use cases & POCs: architect data flows for AI experimentation, guide data sourcing, and manage data readiness across project stages.
• Develop data platform & integration solutions: architect integrations across systems, evaluate new data sources, and set reference architectures for cloud and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate and mentor: serve as an authority for AI architecture, review designs, and mentor junior team members, contributing to community standards and forums.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; 8+ years in data or solution architecture; experience supporting AI/ML initiatives; familiarity with data governance and quality management.
