Data and Analytics Director - Deal Advisory and Strategy

This role is a leadership position within a dynamic advisory practice focused on data and strategy analytics.

Responsibilities Include

• Leading and mentoring teams of Data Architects, Engineers, Visualization Engineers, and Data Analysts.
• Collaborating with business leaders to develop data solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Designing, developing, testing, and supporting data engineering and analytics solutions.
• Providing technical direction to build reliable data pipelines, data models, and visualizations.
• Contributing thought leadership to enhance data capabilities across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of experience in data-driven solution design and delivery, with at least five years managing teams.
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Data Platform (Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI, Azure ML).
• Proficiency in Agile project management and cloud-native technologies.
• Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders and leading workshops.
