Data & Analytics Manager

Role Overview: The Manager of Oracle Data & Analytics leads the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, AIDP, and Autonomous Data Lakehouse to support data platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom data marketplace, data products, and analytics & AI solutions using Oracle tools.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture, data modeling, and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, data sources, and analytic needs.
• Create documentation, training materials, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Ensure professional conduct and uphold a respectful work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum five years' experience with Fusion Data Intelligence, preferably with AIDP and ADL.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MIS preferred.
• Strong project management skills and understanding of Oracle SaaS modules across ERP, HCM, or SCM.
• Excellent communication skills for leading requirements and strategy meetings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
