Data & Analytics Manager

Role Overview: The Manager, Oracle Data & Analytics, leads the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP), and Oracle Autonomous Data Lakehouse (ADL) to support advanced data solutions. They provide technical guidance on architecture, data modeling, and best practices, collaborating with clients to understand their business and analytics needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom data marketplaces, products, and AI/analytics solutions using Oracle tools.
• Lead client discussions on analytic requirements and strategy, ensuring successful implementation from concept to completion.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and stay updated on Oracle features and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business processes and ensure solutions align with client objectives.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years’ experience with Fusion Data Intelligence, preferably with Oracle AIDP and ADL.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or MIS preferred.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in Oracle SaaS modules and business processes.
• Excellent communication skills to lead requirements gathering and strategy meetings.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
