AI, Data & Cloud Director

Role Overview

Seeking a senior leader to drive AI, data, and cloud transformation initiatives leveraging Google Cloud AI services. The position involves acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, designing and delivering multi-agent conversational AI systems, and integrating solutions with enterprise workflows to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI, data, and cloud programs, utilizing Google Cloud AI tools.
• Advise clients on AI strategies and roadmaps, positioning solutions as strategic enablers.
• Design, architect, and deliver scalable conversational AI and automation systems.
• Identify market opportunities, develop proposals, and expand AI portfolio through business development.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
• Stay current with AI advancements and Google Cloud innovations to align with digital strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 8 years in data analytics, AI/ML, and cloud technology, with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep expertise in Google Cloud AI ecosystem, including Agent Builder, Dialogflow, Vertex AI.
• Proven ability to architect AI-powered solutions with a focus on multi-agent systems and conversational AI.
• Strong understanding of AI scaling, ethical AI, MLOps, and enterprise integration.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
