AI, Data & Cloud Director

Role Overview: This position involves leading AI, data, and cloud transformation initiatives leveraging Google Cloud AI services. The focus is on enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide end-to-end AI, data, and cloud projects, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and security.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping AI strategies and positioning solutions as strategic enablers.
• Design and deliver multi-agent conversational AI systems and automation solutions, integrating with enterprise applications.
• Drive business development by identifying market opportunities, developing proposals, and securing new client engagements.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering technical excellence and career growth.
• Set strategic vision for AI and data offerings, maintaining awareness of industry advancements and fostering innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 8 years in data analytics, AI/ML, and cloud technology, with leadership experience in consulting or tech organizations. Google Cloud certifications are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Deep expertise with Google Cloud's AI ecosystem, including Agent Builder, Contact Center AI, and Dialogflow, to develop intelligent multi-agent systems.
• Proficiency in architecting AI-powered workflows using Google Cloud services like Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX.
• Experience in designing conversational AI solutions integrated with CRM and ERP systems to improve engagement and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of scaling AI solutions, ethical AI, MLOps practices, and AI orchestration, with both technical and business insights.
