Job Description:

• Design and maintain enterprise data models supporting P&C insurance business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data lineage documentation.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Data Architects, and Engineering teams.
• Create source-to-target mappings and ensure data model alignment with business requirements.
• Implement data modeling standards, governance, and best practices.
• Support data warehouse, data lake, lakehouse, and operational data store initiatives.
• Define and optimize dimensional models for reporting and analytics.
• Participate in data quality, master data management, and data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with ETL/ELT teams to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.
• Assist in performance tuning and database optimization activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and insurance reporting requirements.
