Senior Data Engineer

We're working with a leading provider of AI-powered decision intelligence solutions for national security, supply chain management, and digital identity. This company empowers customers and partners with predictive analytics in highly complex, distributed, mission-based operating environments.

The Role

• Design, implement, and operate data management systems for intelligence needs.
• Design how data will be stored, accessed, used, integrated, and managed by various data regimes and digital systems.
• Work with data users to determine, create, and populate optimal data architectures, structures, and systems.
• Plan, design, and optimize data throughput and query performance.
• Participate in the selection, configuration, and utilization of backend database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, HPC).
• Optimize the full data pipeline infrastructure to support content, volume, ETL, and data periodicity for intended queries and analysis.

What You'll Need

• Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph (or ability to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting analysis using data engineering, with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
• Deep experience with various data engineering tools and technologies (SQL, NoSQL, HPC) and the ETL process, especially for US Government customer systems.
