About The Role

GrabJobs is seeking an experienced AI Developer / Applied ML Practitioner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing advanced AI and machine learning solutions that enhance our platform’s capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize AI-driven features, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, and intelligent automation. Your expertise will help us improve candidate matching, automate repetitive tasks, and deliver innovative features that set GrabJobs apart in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-based AI applications, data science, and software engineering, with a passion for solving complex problems through technology.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on AI applications in cloud environments, is required. You should have demonstrated expertise in AI/ML software engineering, particularly in Python, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and frameworks such as LangChain. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS (including SageMaker and Bedrock), Azure OpenAI, and Palantir Foundry is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively are also critical. Candidates must be authorized to work in the specified location and be willing to work remotely with occasional onsite visits as needed.

Responsibilities

As an AI Developer / Applied ML Practitioner at GrabJobs, your key responsibilities will include developing innovative analytical products, dashboards, and predictive models that drive actionable insights. You will implement prototype AI solutions, including large language model workflows and analytics accelerators, to support business objectives. Your role involves coding and configuring AI applications within cloud platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and Palantir Foundry. You will work on implementing autonomous agentic workflows, tool and function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, and LLM alignment techniques to enhance platform capabilities. Additionally, you will integrate AI models into existing systems, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and transfer knowledge to team members to ensure sustainable and scalable AI solutions.
