Job Description
Solutions Analyst & Engineer
Jain Global is an innovative multi-strategy investment firm founded in July 2024 by Bobby Jain with over 400 employees operating from offices in New York, Houston, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong, we are looking to add to our growing teams.
About The Role
The Technology Solutions and Enablement Team is seeking a Solutions Analyst & Engineer. The team plays a central role in how the firm works and adopts new technology. It leads the rollout of AI initiatives, sets standards for how teams work across the firm, and builds solutions that are scalable, templateable, and designed with the user experience in mind. It learns how teams operate, simplifies their workflows, automates repetitive effort, and composes existing platforms with its own toolkit into complete operational solutions.
As AI tools mature, the team is evolving in two directions: building AI-forward solutions that put new capabilities directly into how the firm works and taking on a broader enablement role by creating the scaffolding, standards, and training that let teams across the firm build and maintain their own solutions with less direct developer involvement. This role sits at the center of that shift.
This is a broad role rather than a single-project one. The person will move between initiatives that share a common pattern: understand how a team works, recognize the friction, and design a better way of working that the team can sustain on its own. They will also help bring structure to how the team takes in and delivers work, scoping incoming requests and shaping initial plans before solutions are built.
Responsibilities
Workflow Design and Process Improvement
- Learn how teams operate, including their processes, tools, and reporting needs.
- Recognize recurring patterns and friction across teams and translate them into workflow improvements.
- Design simpler workflows and automations that reduce repetitive effort without disrupting how teams deliver day to day.
AI-Forward Solution Building and Integration
- Build AI-forward solutions that put new capabilities directly into how teams work, from parsing and scoring to intelligent automation.
- Compose existing platforms, services, and the team's own toolkit into complete solutions, filling the last mile where existing tools stop short.
- Partner with engineering teams and other technology teams, integrating and completing their work rather than duplicating it.
- Build reusable templates and patterns so that solutions can scale across teams instead of being rebuilt each time.
Intake, Planning, and Coordination
- Own the intake of incoming requests, scoping the problem and proposing an initial plan before build work begins.
- Bring structure to how the team organizes, prioritizes, and sequences work across concurrent initiatives.
- Compose results into coherent views that help the team and management see how work moves.
Enablement, Training, and Standards
- Develop the templates, guardrails, and training that let teams build and maintain their own solutions as AI tools make that increasingly possible.
- Run learning sessions on the team's tools and help others adopt them.
- Create training materials and usage documentation for new tools.
- Set and reinforce communication standards so teams work in a consistent, well-documented way.
- Help teams become self-sufficient in maintaining their workflows after handoff.

- 5 or more years of experience in business process automation, workflow optimization, enterprise technology enablement, or a closely related field such as technology consulting or program delivery.
- A track record of bringing structure and order to complex, cross-functional work, including scoping ambiguous requests and organizing concurrent initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences and to build shared understanding across stakeholders.
- Strong pattern recognition, with the ability to see recurring friction across teams and turn it into repeatable solutions.
- Enough familiarity with how solutions are built to design, guide, and enable the work, along with the interest and ability to deepen that hands-on capability over time.
- Experience carrying work through to the point of adoption, so that solutions are used and sustained rather than handed off and stalled.
- Comfort operating with autonomy and owning outcomes across multiple workstreams.
- Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
