• The Opportunity
• Entech is scaling a market-facing Data, Analytics & AI practice, and we are looking for the architect who will set its technical direction.
• You will own target-state architecture for enterprise data modernization and AI-enabled analytics, lead delivery teams on complex client programs, build the talent bench behind them, and partner with Sales to convert opportunity into signed work.
• This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role. You will be in the architecture, not above it.

• What You Will Do
• Strategy & Architecture: Define data and AI strategies, roadmaps, and target-state architectures tied directly to measurable business outcomes.
• Platform Modernization: Modernize cloud data estates across lakehouse, warehouse, integration, streaming, semantic layer, and BI.
• Intelligent Engineering: Design scalable pipelines using AI-assisted engineering to accelerate development, testing, data quality, lineage, and observability.
• AI-Ready Foundations: Build governed data foundations that support machine learning, generative AI, RAG, and enterprise data agents.
• Insight Delivery: Advance visualization and reporting through semantic models, self-service BI, natural-language analytics, and AI-generated insight.
• Delivery Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams, safeguard delivery quality, and serve as the senior technical voice to client executives.
• Growth & Solutioning: Partner with Sales on discovery, solution design, estimates, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Talent & Capability: Recruit, mentor, and develop architects and engineers; raise the technical bar and grow the practice bench.
• Market Presence: Shape reusable offerings, accelerators, and IP, and represent Entech through thought leadership and speaking.

• What You Will Bring
• 15+ years across enterprise data architecture, engineering, analytics, modeling, or governance.
• Deep expertise in cloud data platforms, ELT/ETL, batch and streaming architectures, semantic layers, and BI/reporting.
• Hands-on architecture depth in Microsoft Fabric/Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or GCP.
• Practical experience applying AI to data engineering, governance, analytics, and generative AI use cases.
• Proven consulting or enterprise leadership, with the executive presence to earn trust in the boardroom and the credibility to hold it with the build team.
• A track record of developing people and of turning delivery experience into repeatable practice assets.
