• We are seeking a Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and technical teams to deliver impactful dashboards, reports, and analytics that support strategic decision-making.
• Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Create and maintain data models using Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extraction processes.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including ERP, CRM, Azure, and SQL databases.
• Implement report security, governance, and data quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize report performance and data refresh processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Support self-service BI initiatives and provide end-user training.
• Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
• Strong proficiency with DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• Advanced SQL development skills.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Azure SQL.
• Experience integrating data from Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
• Microsoft Power BI certification preferred.
