- Remote Machine Learning Engineer
- About the Role
- Angenex is seeking an ML Engineer to join its data team and build machine learning solutions that support marketing and sales initiatives as well as commercial analytics. This role focuses on developing production-ready machine learning pipelines, managing MLOps infrastructure, deploying models, and monitoring and optimizing machine learning performance.
- Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy machine learning pipelines that power the company’s machine learning platform.
- Develop and maintain production machine learning systems.
- Manage MLOps infrastructure supporting machine learning workloads.
- Monitor model performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Optimize deployed machine learning models for production use.
- Apply machine learning and statistical concepts to practical business and analytical problems.
- Work with data and engineering technologies including Python, SQL, Spark, and Pandas.
- Support machine learning solutions for marketing, sales, and commercial analytics.
- Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or production-focused Data Scientist.
- Proficiency in machine learning and statistics.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with data manipulation using SQL, Spark, and Pandas.
- Broad familiarity with the Python machine learning ecosystem and common libraries.
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks including Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, Keras, and TensorFlow.
- Experience implementing, deploying, and maintaining production machine learning systems.
- Experience monitoring and optimizing model performance.
- Experience with Linux and Docker.
- Experience with AWS.
- Basic development operations experience.
- Familiarity with CNNs, RNNs, and LSTMs.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the latest machine learning research trends.
- Familiarity with common machine learning cloud services.
