ML Engineer (Mid-Level) - Remote US

## About the Role

Third Eye Software is seeking a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models and solutions in a cloud-based environment. The role involves building and scaling ML pipelines, maintaining reliable model performance, and collaborating with developers, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.

This is an opportunity to support AI-driven initiatives within a large Fortune 50 enterprise while working in a fully remote environment. The position is a long-term contract with potential for future growth and possible permanent employment based on business needs and performance.

## Key Responsibilities

• * Develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models and solutions in cloud-based environments.
• * Build, scale, and maintain machine learning pipelines.
• * Monitor and support robust model performance.
• * Apply software engineering best practices to machine learning development.
• * Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

## Required Qualifications

• * Bachelor's degree or relevant degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• * 3+ years of engineering experience.
• * 1+ year of hands-on machine learning experience.
• * Advanced proficiency in Python.
• * Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• * Hands-on experience with Vertex AI.
• * Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services related to machine learning.
• * Understanding of software engineering principles and coding best practices.
• * Familiarity with collaborative software development workflows.
• * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• * Ability to work effectively with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

## Compensation & Benefits

• * Base Pay Range: $100,000–$120,000 per year
