About the Role
PETADATA is seeking a forward-thinking Machine Learning Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. This role will develop AI-driven solutions centered on a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbot for analyzing and interpreting customer reviews, along with an analytical dashboard powered by Azure OpenAI.
The position requires deep technical expertise across Generative AI, machine learning, natural language processing, Azure Databricks, Azure OpenAI, Python, Spark, prompt engineering, sentiment analysis, and scalable data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of a Generative AI chatbot using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to provide context-aware interactions based on customer reviews.
Architect and develop an analytical dashboard using Azure OpenAI to identify and present insights from complex datasets.
Apply prompt engineering strategies to improve the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of Generative AI outputs.
Implement sentiment analysis techniques to understand customer feedback and support more effective chatbot interactions.
Integrate Azure cloud services for Generative AI applications, with a strong focus on Azure Databricks and Azure OpenAI.
Develop and operationalize scalable data pipelines within Databricks to support Generative AI workflows.
Apply machine learning and natural language processing techniques to customer feedback and analytical use cases.
Process and analyze large-scale datasets using Python and Spark.
Translate complex customer needs into practical AI-driven solutions.
Support the development and deployment of innovative machine learning and Generative AI applications.
Required Qualifications
12+ years of professional experience.
Proven expertise integrating and leveraging Azure cloud services for Generative AI applications.
Strong experience with Azure Databricks and Azure OpenAI.
Exceptional Python programming skills for AI and machine learning development.
Expertise using Spark for large-scale data processing and analytics.
Strong foundation in machine learning principles and natural language processing.
Experience with Generative AI technologies and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize scalable data pipelines within Databricks.
Experience applying prompt engineering strategies for Generative AI applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated innovation in applying Generative AI to customer interaction and analytical use cases.
Experience developing AI solutions that translate complex customer requirements into practical applications.
