Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Machine Learning Engineer. The Machine Learning Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to enhance CV analysis, candidate profiling, and recommendation features. Day-to-day tasks include exploring datasets, implementing algorithms and neural network architectures, optimizing model performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. The role also involves building scalable pipelines, evaluating model outputs, documenting processes, and staying current with advances in machine learning and AI relevant to recruitment and CV optimization.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with experience implementing efficient, production-ready solutions.
Proficiency in Statistics and Pattern Recognition to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and modern machine learning frameworks for model development and optimization.
Practical skills in Python or similar programming languages, and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Experience building and deploying ML models in cloud or containerized environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker).
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time workload effectively, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in HR tech, recruitment platforms, or CV/resume analytics is an advantage.
