- Data Quality Assurance (DQA) Engineering Lead / SME
- Lead the development of scalable, automated data quality frameworks using Databricks and Snowflake. Build reusable DQxC libraries, integrate quality checks into CI/CD pipelines, optimize data processing, and leverage Generative AI for automated testing.
- Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of Data Engineering or Data Quality experience.
- Expert in Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, Python, and SQL.
- Strong Snowflake and Snowpark expertise.
- Experience with data quality frameworks, CI/CD, and shift-left testing.
- Healthcare payer domain knowledge and Databricks/Snowflake certifications preferred.
