The Role

• Participate in immersive training, developing technical skills in Relational and Non-Relational Databases, APIs, Python, Pandas, Excel, Dash, Snowflake, Docker, Airflow, Apache Spark, and Machine Learning.
• Gain real-world experience and mentorship from Senior Engineers in a hands-on environment.
• Be willing to relocate anywhere in the continental United States.
• Engage in client projects for two years after completing training.
• Collaborate with a dedicated manager to navigate corporate culture and support professional growth.
• Contribute to an innovative team, focusing on data engineering solutions.

What You'll Need

• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States (excluding visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 6 months of programming experience (academic, personal, or professional) within the last 3 months.
• A recent STEM degree OR 12+ months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, aviation, or tech (with no more than a 12-month gap).
• Passion for learning, strong logic, reasoning skills, and clear communication abilities.
• A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to collaborate.
