JOB DESCRIPTION:

• GCP DATA PLATFORM ENGINEER
• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in GCP architecture.
• Strong Terraform expertise with experience developing reusable modules, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated provisioning frameworks.
• Expert-level experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, IAM, and Networking services.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and GKE, including container orchestration, deployment, scaling, and platform management.
• Experience implementing CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or Cloud Build.
• Strong automation and scripting skills using Python, Shell scripting, or similar languages for platform engineering and operational efficiency.
• Relevant certifications such as Google Professional Cloud Architect and Terraform Associate are preferred.
