• What You'll Do
• Data Strategy & Governance Leadership
• Define and evolve the vision, roadmap, operating model, and adoption strategy for enterprise data management and Single Source of Truth (SSOT) capabilities.
• Establish business data standards, common definitions, ownership models, and governance frameworks across critical business domains.
• Drive alignment on how enterprise data is defined, maintained, consumed, and governed across the organization.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure consistent data practices that support organizational goals and business outcomes.
• Promote data as a strategic asset by improving accessibility, consistency, and trust in enterprise information.
• Data Standards & Information Management
• Define and maintain business requirements supporting enterprise data structures, data models, metadata, and master data initiatives.
• Provide leadership on business definitions, key data elements, hierarchies, relationships, and data quality requirements.
• Review and validate proposed data models and structures to ensure alignment with business objectives and governance standards.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, analytics, and governance teams to support scalable and sustainable data solutions.
• Advocate for best practices in data stewardship, standardization, lineage, and quality management.
• Business Partnership & Organizational Adoption
• Serve as the primary business leader responsible for enterprise data standards and adoption efforts.
• Partner with technology, analytics, reporting, governance, and operational teams to prioritize and implement data requirements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives, including communications, education, training, and change management activities.
• Ensure data standards and governance practices are embedded into business processes, platforms, reporting solutions, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of data management capabilities through strong stakeholder relationships and influence.
• Team Leadership & Capability Development
• Build, develop, and lead a business support function focused on sustaining enterprise data capabilities.
• Establish operating procedures, service models, performance metrics, support processes, and governance mechanisms.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop professionals specializing in data standards, governance, metadata management, and stakeholder enablement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Develop team objectives and roadmaps aligned with broader organizational priorities.

• What We're Looking For
• Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in data governance, data management, master data management, business data strategy, information management, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience defining business data standards, governance frameworks, ownership models, or enterprise data policies.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams, programs, business capabilities, or organizational initiatives.
• Experience driving enterprise-wide alignment around data definitions, standards, and governance practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence business and technology leaders across complex organizations.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, metadata management, lineage, data quality, business glossaries, and source-of-truth principles.
• Experience supporting SSOT, Customer 360, Master Data Management (MDM), data standardization, or enterprise data transformation initiatives.
• Background in financial services, insurance, wealth management, distribution, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience with governance, metadata, analytics, CRM, reporting, or MDM platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale change management, adoption, and organizational transformation programs.
• Professional certifications related to data management, governance, business analysis, or enterprise architecture are advantageous.
• Experience partnering with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
