Data Engineer

The Role

• Build and maintain critical data engineering infrastructure, tools, processes, and custom software to enhance hardware reliability
• Contribute to core internal and customer-facing software repositories, delivering high-impact technical outcomes
• Create custom data pipelines, infrastructure, and analytics tools for monitoring and impacting business outcomes
• Collaborate across engineering, production, test, quality, and supply chain disciplines to drive positive business results
• Work effectively in a dynamic environment, identifying customer needs and independently executing projects
• Lead efforts and apply creative thinking to solve complex problems under tight deadlines

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or another STEM discipline
• 4+ years of professional experience in data or software engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Bash scripting, or Git
• Familiarity with at least one additional programming language (e.g., Java, Scala, C++, C#)
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to various stakeholders
