  • What You'll Do
  • Serve as the owner's representative for controls quality across data center construction projects.
  • Lead and coordinate General Contractors, Controls System Integrators, commissioning teams, vendors, and engineering partners.
  • Oversee BMS, EPMS, HVAC controls, PLC, instrumentation, and SCADA implementation.
  • Drive projects through construction, startup, commissioning, deficiency resolution, and turnover.
  • Support FWT, SAT, IST, startup readiness, witness testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Identify installation, integration, redundancy, and reliability risks and drive corrective actions through closure.
  • Hold contractors and system integrators accountable for quality, scope, schedule, and performance.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate technical risks and solutions to both engineering and leadership teams.
  • What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in data centers, mission-critical construction, controls engineering, commissioning, or related complex infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of BMS, EPMS, HVAC controls, PLCs, instrumentation, control loops, and SCADA.

  • Proven ability to lead contractors, system integrators, vendors, and cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong understanding of mission-critical infrastructure, redundancy, reliability, and system integration.
  • Excellent communication, project leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent applicable experience.
  • Ability to travel based on active project needs.
