• Pay Rate: $75.00 - $84.50 per hour (W2 Only)

HYBRID: Must work ONSITE 3-4 days per week**

Seeking a hands-on Data Analytics Project Manager with experience leading analytics projects and a strong understanding of data, business intelligence tools, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience driving Data Democratization initiatives that improve how data is shared, governed, and consumed across the organization. They should be able to enable business users to access trusted data, leverage self-service analytics, and make informed, data-driven decisions without requiring advanced technical expertise.

In this role, you will lead data analytics initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to build and enhance data models, reporting solutions, and dashboards that support enterprise-wide decision-making. You will help uncover trends, define data transformation strategies, and deliver meaningful insights that drive business value.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• • Drive Data Democratization initiatives that promote a data-driven decision-making culture.
• • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and PowerApps.
• • Develop automated data workflows using Alteryx, KNIME, or similar analytics tools.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, finance, and digital product teams.
• • Clean, validate, and transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets.
• • Perform data profiling and recommend data quality rules to improve trust and usability.
• • Ensure consistency in data processes while promoting data governance and analytics best practices.
• • Document data processes and contribute to enterprise data stewardship initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• • 10+ years of overall experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Management.
• • 10+ years of Project Management experience leading Data Analytics or Business Intelligence initiatives.
• • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• • Strong understanding of Data Democratization (making trusted data accessible to business users through self-service analytics and governance).
• • 7+ years of experience researching new data sources and building executive dashboards and visualizations.
• • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical data into meaningful business insights.
• • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Technical Background (required):

• • 7+ years of experience with data wrangling, data profiling, data validation/testing, and preparing data for analytics.
• • 7+ years of experience with one or more of the following: Power BI, Tableau, PowerApps, Alteryx, and/or KNIME.
• • 5+ years of experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• • Advanced SQL and Excel skills.

Analytics Experience (required):

• • Building executive dashboards.
• • Researching new data sources.
• • Integrating multiple data sources.
• • Creating KPIs and data visualizations.
• • Experience managing project financials, budgets, funding, and resource planning for analytics initiatives.
