The Role

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to present complex data clearly.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into practical visualization solutions.
• Create complex calculations, custom logic, and advanced visuals within Tableau.
• Optimize dashboard performance by identifying bottlenecks and applying Tableau-specific techniques.
• Work with data structures and source specifications to ensure accurate reporting and effective dashboard design.
• Participate in Agile or Scrum ceremonies for iterative development and delivery planning.

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience developing business intelligence solutions with Tableau Desktop.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Experience creating complex calculations, formulas, and logic in Tableau.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and ability to work from technical or business specifications.
• Familiarity with performance tuning methods for Tableau dashboards.
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
