• The Role
• Partner with senior HR and business leaders to identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate complex analysis into compelling, executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making.
• Advise on workforce planning, talent strategy, retention, performance, and organisational effectiveness.
• Analyse large and complex datasets to uncover actionable business insights.
• Work closely with Business Intelligence and Data Science teams on reporting and predictive analytics initiatives.

• Support the development of analytics capabilities across the organisation.

• Your Skills & Experience
• Strong experience in business analytics, workforce analytics, people analytics, or strategy analytics.
• Outstanding data storytelling and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
• Experience translating analytical findings into practical business recommendations.
• Background working within large, complex, data-intensive organisations.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect insights to business outcomes.
• Experience working with Business Intelligence, visualisation tools, data modelling, and analytics methodologies.
• Exposure to SQL and analytical techniques, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Financial services experience is highly desirable.
• Workforce or HR analytics experience is advantageous.
• MBA or advanced business education is beneficial, particularly for candidates from broader analytics backgrounds.
