BI Developer (Tableau) - (Onsite, Littleton, CO)

We are looking for an BI Developer (Tableau) for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards by integrating data from multiple sources, performing data modeling and transformation, and converting complex datasets into clear visualizations and actionable insights for business stakeholders.

This is an 3-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role; onsite role in Littleton, CO.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Design and Develop of Tableau Dashboards to extract data from various environments for ingestion. Experience with data modeling.
• Knowledge and experience with Tableau, SharePoint, Excel and other modeling and visualization tools.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau dashboards and reporting tools
• Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and insights to guide improvement activities, including the ability to communicate findings effectively to lay audiences and business stakeholders
• Author and maintain report-layer assets in Tableau as appropriate for report-level transformations and measures
• Connect and integrate data from multiple systems in Tableau
• Work in a Tableau in a source-controlled environment

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• 3 + years of experience as BI developer with designing and developing of Tableau Dashboards
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and basic statistical methods
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages for data manipulation (Python, R, SQL)
• Understanding of key project metrics (KPIs, Earned Value Management, schedule performance, cost variance)
• Ability to collect, clean, and visualize data to support decision making
• Bachelor s Degree.

Compensation: $35/hr - $43.44/hr
