• NO C2C Help in ANY formAbout the Role We are seeking an Analytics Engineer / Data Experience Engineer to build intuitive, reliable ways for business users to consume and interact with data. You will own semantic models and user-facing analytical experiences—from Databricks Genie spaces and natural-language query patterns to custom dashboards and notebooks.
• Key Responsibilities
• Semantic & Metrics Modeling: Design and maintain governed semantic models, business definitions, and analytical datasets.
• Data Experience Configuration: Build user interfaces using Databricks Genie, dashboards, and fit-for-purpose notebooks.
• End-to-End Engineering: Handle backend query logic/pipelines as well as frontend configuration to translate business questions into accurate calculations.
• Usability & Optimization: Partner with Data Engineers to fix performance or quality issues, validating data accuracy, explainability, and user adoption.
• Qualifications
• 5+ years of engineering experience (Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or BI).
• Advanced SQL and dimensional/semantic modeling expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and natural-language analytics tools (e.g., Databricks Genie).
• Proven ability to build backend transformations and configure frontend user experiences.
• Working knowledge of data quality, access controls, performance tuning, and Git workflows.
