• Senior Business/Data Transformation Consultant (Aladdin)
• Location: Denver, CO 80206
• Work Schedule: Hybrid, 3-days onsite and 2 days remote
• Rate Range: $95 to $120/hr (rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

• About the Opportunity
• We are seeking an experienced Business and Data Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale investment management transformation programme. This role sits at the intersection of front-office technology, enterprise data management, and investment operating model change.
• The programme includes the implementation of the Aladdin platform across front and middle office functions alongside the development of a modern enterprise data architecture designed to improve the collection, organization, governance, and delivery of investment data across the business.

• The successful candidate will play a key role in defining and validating investment data flows, supporting data migration activities, and ensuring the completeness, quality, and timeliness of critical investment data throughout the transformation journey.
• This is a highly visible role requiring close collaboration across business, operations, data, and technology teams.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support investment data transformation activities within a large-scale Aladdin implementation.
• Define, analyze, and document end-to-end investment data flows across source, enterprise, and consumption layers.
• Perform source-to-target mapping for investment data domains and support data migration and onboarding activities.
• Establish and document data lineage, metadata, and data modelling requirements.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to improve data quality, completeness, and timeliness.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Support SIT/UAT planning and execution, including issue investigation and resolution.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis of data quality issues.
• Contribute to migration readiness assessments and implementation activities.

• Required Experience
• Investment Management & Transformation
• Extensive experience delivering business and data transformation programmes within global investment management environments.
• Proven experience supporting Aladdin implementations and related operating model transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of front-to-back investment processes and data ecosystems.
• Experience working across front office, middle office, operations, data, and technology functions.
• Investment Data Expertise

• Investment Book of Record (IBOR)
• Accounting Book of Record (ABOR)
