• 🎯 Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of Workday experience with hands-on Absence & Core HCM configuration
• Proven ability to independently configure absence and leave plans end-to-end
• Strong experience with accrual logic, carryover rules, and Leave of Absence management
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction or oversight
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Lead / Analyst – Absence to support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Absence Management and Core HCM.

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain Workday Absence plans, accrual policies, and time-off types
• Support Core HCM including organization, job, position, and business process configuration
• Troubleshoot Absence and HCM system issues and employee/manager inquiries
• Partner with HR and Legal to translate policy changes into Workday configuration
• Collaborate with application teams on absence data flows and downstream impacts
• Support EIB data loads for absence balance adjustments and corrections
• Participate in Workday bi-annual release reviews
• Document configuration decisions, business processes, and test scripts
• Support audits and exception reporting to maintain data integrity
