Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. This role is focused on bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution across our enterprise applications, specifi cally within our Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

• ● BA Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, leading requirement-gathering sessions and creating detailed business documentation.
• ● Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience working directly with Salesforce Sales Cloud .
• ● Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex business needs to technical teams and technical concepts to business leaders.
• Preferred Skills & Certifications
• ● Salesforce Specialty Clouds: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Communities) and/or Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
• ● Tooling: Direct experience using Jira for agile backlog management, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Lucidchart for process mapping.
• ● Salesforce certifications preferred but not required
