About The Role
The Senior Business Analyst at University Health plays a vital role within the Healthcare Transformation team, supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of healthcare services. Responsibilities

- Support supervisors and project managers to ensure all program deliverables are met within established timelines.
- Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new healthcare initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain documentation and tracking of project progress, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and policies.
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements related to healthcare transformation.
