• Position Overview
• We are seeking a WMS Analyst to support and administer a warehouse management system in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is primarily focused on day-to-day system support, ticket resolution, user administration, troubleshooting, and maintaining reliable system operations.
• This is a support and administration position rather than a software development or new-system build role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Deposco WMS and be comfortable owning system issues from initial request through resolution.

• Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for warehouse management system support.
• Manage and resolve day-to-day WMS support tickets.
• Create and maintain user accounts and system access.
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify appropriate resolutions.
• Provide ongoing administrative support for the WMS platform.
• Investigate user-reported problems and respond to issues as they arise.
• Help maintain reliable day-to-day system functionality.
• Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders to resolve system-related issues.
• Support additional technical initiatives as needed.

• Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience supporting or administering Deposco WMS.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a ticket-based support environment.
• Ability to manage administrative and operational system responsibilities.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of system-related issues.
• Previous Deposco experience does not necessarily need to be current; candidates with relevant hands-on experience from the past several years may also be considered.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, transportation, or supply-chain operations.
• Background working with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarding, port or drayage operations, or warehousing organizations.
• Broader technical or systems administration experience.
• Familiarity with supporting business-critical applications in an operational environment.

• Ideal Candidate
• The ideal candidate is a WMS support analyst, application support professional, or systems administrator with direct Deposco WMS experience. They should enjoy troubleshooting, working through support queues, solving operational problems, and managing the administrative side of a business-critical system rather than focusing primarily on new development or system builds.
