Vendor Maintenance Analyst

Monday Friday 8am 5pm

• Responsible for vendor compliance, vendor communication, and vendor development .
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Verify and confirm all vendor licensing and insurances are current and recorded.
• Implement communication strategies, and track vendor requests to ensure vendors are managed effectively and efficiently.
• Negotiate to secure the best prices for services and ensure that vendors fulfill their contractual obligations.
• Provide excellent customer service as well as maintain and measure support metrics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Support other departments as needed.
