Role Overview:

We are seeking an HRIS Analyst – UKG Pro to manage the configuration, maintenance, and support of the UKG Pro system and related modules. The role focuses on data integrity, reporting and analytics, process optimization, user support, system troubleshooting, and HR technology projects while supporting HR operations and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Serve as the primary administrator for UKG Pro, managing system modules, workflows, business rules, security roles, updates, releases, and testing.
  • • Maintain data integrity through audits and validation, create custom reports and dashboards using UKG Pro BI and reporting tools, and provide data-driven insights to HR and leadership.
  • • Identify and implement process improvements while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT teams and maintaining accurate system documentation and SOPs.
  • • Provide UKG Pro user support, troubleshoot system issues, develop training materials, and deliver training sessions to HR staff and end users.
  • • Lead or support UKG Pro projects including module implementations, integrations, system enhancements, testing, and process standardization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • • Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • • 1–3 years of UKG Pro (UltiPro) experience, including system configuration, strongly preferred.
  • • General understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data management, with proficiency in UKG Pro BI reporting, Cognos, and Excel preferred.
  • • Knowledge of UKG Pro integrations, including APIs and third-party systems, with familiarity across relevant UKG Pro modules and workflows.
  • • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

This role supports HR technology operations within an active manufacturing and distribution environment. The position provides opportunities to work across HR, Payroll, IT, and other functions while improving HR systems, reporting, data accuracy, user experience, and business processes. The work environment may include moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, material-handling equipment, and various shift schedules.
