Role Description
Prepare, negotiate and review a broad variety of transaction documentation, including investment management agreements, trade agreements, brokerage and/or bank account agreements, fund documentation and non-disclosure agreements. Support client onboarding and set-up processes, as well as adherence to regulatory protocols. Negotiate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on follow-up items to complete and close files.
Role Objectives: Delivery
Support the timely execution of confirmations from dealers. Review and complete transaction documentation for a diverse product set. Perform consistency checks as required; follow-up and chase outstanding documentation and ensure proper filing of documents. Input, monitor and maintain tracking data within internal systems, detailing confirmation status of transactions. Maintain lists of authorized signatories and ensure collation, dispatch and return of documents for signature. Perform research and analysis as part of client / counterparty due diligence efforts and assist with client onboarding and maintenance of client files and document retention. Prepare and review reporting as needed; produce and validate client reporting and assist in preparing metrics and reports for decision-making.

Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to drive completion of documentation and agreements for execution and ensure timely resolution of queries. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure the monitoring and delivery of contractual obligations, statements and notifications as required. Escalate difficult issues promptly for accurate and timely resolution. Demonstrate excellent listening skills and openness to feedback in order to enhance personal and team productivity and performance. Demonstrated positive and professional attitude and reliability. .
Role Objectives: Expertise
Demonstrate working knowledge and experience with trade matching and reporting platforms (e.g., DTCC) and associated confirmations processes. Exhibit a broad knowledge of all products supported. Demonstrate familiarity with legal documentation and good knowledge and experience of compliance and due diligence requirements.
