Job Description:

• Job Title: Technical Product Owner/Business Analyst (Tech PO/BA)
• Location: Irving, TX (3 days onsite in a week)
• Duration: 12 months

Job Summary:

Seeking a Technical Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong experience in requirements gathering, user story writing, Jira, Agile, and SDLC. The candidate will collaborate closely with development teams to refine requirements and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business/technical requirements.
• Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders during story refinement and delivery.
• Support Agile/SDLC processes and ensure clear communication across teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong Business Analysis and requirements gathering experience.
• Hands-on Jira and user story writing.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Nice to have: Product Owner experience, financial/banking domain, or AI project exposure.
• AI Governance experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
