We’re seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a high-visibility product initiative within the financial services industry. This individual will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements throughout the product delivery lifecycle.

• What You’ll Do
• Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, engineers, and QA teams to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions, requirements elicitation, process analysis, gap analysis, and requirements validation.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, business rules, data definitions, and process flows.
• Analyze system interactions, integrations, data flows, APIs, and technical dependencies to support solution design.
• Use Jira, Visio, and Miro to manage requirements and document workflows and processes.
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including traceability, change impact analysis, issue resolution, and documentation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios, reviewing results, triaging defects, and validating delivered functionality.
• Participate in cybersecurity-related reviews, including considerations around multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• What You’ll Bring
• 7–10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Business Analyst supporting technology or product development initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven ability to serve as a liaison between business and technology teams.
• Experience supporting the development and delivery of new products or applications.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, process modeling, and UAT.
• Technical understanding of system integrations, data flows, APIs/interfaces, and application dependencies.
• Experience with Jira and Visio and/or Miro.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
• Financial services experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience using AI tools to support communication or productivity is a plus.
