Technical Business Analyst

• A well-established investment management firm in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join its technology team. This role will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive process improvements, support technology initiatives, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements for technology initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Utilize SQL and data analysis tools for reporting, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Support vendor relationships and technology enhancement initiatives.
• Help identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve workflows and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and Excel for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with JIRA or similar project management/ticketing tools.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Financial services or investment management experience preferred.
