- Knowledge of card lifecycle: Authorization, Validation, Personalization, Administration
- Expertise in regulatory compliance and global financial regulations
- Ability to perform deep functional analysis and product-level impact assessment
- Experience in process re-engineering and automation within VN workflows
- Strong documentation skills for product features, APIs, and business processes
- Atlassian JIRA & Confluence (Agile delivery & documentation)
- MS SQL / Data Analysis
- API understanding (REST/OpenAPI) and integration concepts
- MS Office (Excel-heavy reporting, PowerPoint for stakeholder communication)
