Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets
• Perform data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs
• Support database querying and data analysis within platforms such as Snowflake and Oracle
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of reporting and dashboard solutions using BI tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau)
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including data models and reporting outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales and finance, to deliver actionable insights.
• Support data pipelines and production processes, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Utilize Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage tasks, documentation, and requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, technical analysis, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience working with large datasets
• Experience with relational databases and data warehouse concepts
• Hands-on experience with data validation, cleansing, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with BI and reporting tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience working in Agile environments, including use of Jira or similar tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work onsite in Cleveland, Ohio

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar modern data platforms
• Exposure to ETL tools, data pipelines, or data integration processes
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python or Bash
• Familiarity with API-based data extraction and data processing
• Relevant certifications in data or analytics (preferred but not required)
