🚨 Hiring: Systems & Reports Analyst | Banking Technology

We’re looking for a Fulltime Systems & Reports Analyst to support core banking applications, reporting, data analysis, and business technology initiatives for a financial services organization in Sacramento, CA.

• 🔹 What You’ll Do
• Support and enhance core banking and digital banking systems
• Create custom reports, data extracts, and ad-hoc reporting solutions
• Use SQL, Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools to analyze business data
• Work with stakeholders to gather system and reporting requirements
• Troubleshoot application and data-related issues
• Coordinate system issues, enhancements, and requests with technology teams and vendors
• Support UAT, system changes, upgrades, implementations, and documentation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Assist with user access, controls, and system governance
• Support business users with system-related questions and reporting needs

• 🔹 Ideal Candidate
• Banking / financial services systems experience
• Fiserv and/or Q2 experience strongly preferred
• Strong SQL and report-writing skills
• Experience extracting and manipulating data from core banking systems
• Understanding of loan and deposit data
• Business analysis and requirements-gathering experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with third-party vendors
• Power BI / Excel or similar reporting experience
