Systems Analyst

We are working with a leading faith-based, non-profit integrated health system dedicated to inspiring health, wholeness, and hope across communities on the West Coast and Hawaii. They are committed to providing exceptional care through hospitals, clinics, home care, and hospice agencies, leveraging technology to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

The Role

• Lead the implementation and support of hospital information systems, focusing on the Epic EHR.
• Design, configure, test, debug, and maintain programs/applications, collaborating with technical teams and end-users.
• Serve as a senior team member, contributing to the design and testing of electronic documentation solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for existing computer applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Develop and deliver training materials, mentoring support groups, and conducting user group meetings.
• Participate in on-call duties to resolve critical application incidents outside of business hours.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
• Five years of healthcare IT application/technical experience.
• Five years of applicable Epic application experience.
• Epic Certification/Accreditation in a relevant area (EpicCare Ambulatory highly desirable, especially Bones or Wisdom).
• Strong preference for experience supporting Occupational Health or Occupational Medicine workflows in Epic.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for go-live events and other work-related occasions.
