Job Summary: Systems Analyst 3 PeopleSoft FSCM

• Serve as a senior Systems Analyst focused on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, specifically Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Facilitate requirements discussions with business stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 functionality.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
• Develop current-state and future-state workflows and detailed functional documentation.
• Map data between PeopleSoft, legacy applications, and third-party interface systems.
• Document user needs, system functions, business rules, interfaces, inputs, outputs, and reporting requirements.
• Evaluate system capabilities, dependencies, and scheduling constraints.
• Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing, including third-party interfaces and data conversions.
• Validate workflows and system outputs, document and track defects, and coordinate their resolution.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, and implementation activities.
• Prepare project documentation, process flows, test results, and status updates.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and actively collaborate through Microsoft Teams.
• Work independently while collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and a large remote team.
• Support additional project activities as assigned.
